Email Marketing Specialist

NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers, side hustlers, and anyone building an income outside the traditional 9-to-5. As the Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll write and send campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and clicking through to the earning opportunities they actually care about.

Requirements

• Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy’s subscriber list
• Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates
• Build and maintain automated flows — welcome sequences, re-engagement, offer alerts
• Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health
• Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data
