NoGigiddy is a digital platform for gig workers and side hustlers, and they’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to write and send campaigns that engage their audience. No degree is required, but familiarity with email platforms and strong writing skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy’s subscriber list
• Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates
• Build and maintain automated flows — welcome sequences, re-engagement, offer alerts
• Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health
• Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data
