Financial Analyst Supervisor

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking a Financial Analyst Supervisor to oversee and enhance the quality of education for Ohio’s 1.7 million students. The position involves planning and managing federal cash draws, revenue receipts, and reconciliations, as well as supervising financial analysts and developing reports and compliance measures.

Requirements

• Plans and manages all federal cash draws, revenue receipts, and reconciliations to ensure accountability of all funds
• Recommends solutions to resolve improperly drawn cash or improperly coded revenue
• Coordinates federal record keeping and analyzes and approves federal draws
• Trains and supervises assigned staff
• Develops and implements reports and compliance measures
• Analyzes and evaluates operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations
