Role Overview
Northspyre is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Field Marketing & Special Projects Manager to lead our field marketing and events program. The role involves owning the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of programs designed to build relationships, strengthen our presence in the market, and generate meaningful pipeline.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning and executing industry events, executive dinners, customer gatherings, webinars, trade shows, conferences, and regional activations, as well as building clear goals and measurement plans for each program.

Requirements
- Experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B function
- Experience owning programs from strategy through execution and measurement
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple programs, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing programs support pipeline, sales cycles, and account engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence representing a company externally
- Comfort working with senior leaders and managing high-visibility programs
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically about priorities and investment
- Willingness to travel for events, conferences, customer programs, and other field initiatives as needed
