Marketing & Growth Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of inbound and outbound marketing activity. This role will direct the development of country marketing programs, assess existing and potential markets, and define marketing activities to generate demand for the Hungarian Sales teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing demand generation campaigns, managing the blending of campaign materials, working with the Hungarian Management team and the EU Demand Generation team, identifying gaps in subjects/services, and reviewing and reporting on pipeline generation and revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a marketing team with a focus on demand generation campaigns
• Experience of marketing automation tools and campaign implementation
• Experience with data-led campaign planning, segmentation, and leveraging propensity to buy modelling
• Capacity to execute a wide variety of marketing programs from demand generation to sales enablement
• Campaign measurement and impact reporting
• Experience with Salesforce.com and PowerBI ideally
• Experience of event organization and management
• Fluent in Hungarian and strong capabilities in the English language
