Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (Werkstudent)

About Us:

NUNAMI is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup based in Hamburg. Our AI-powered software helps e-commerce brands increase revenue by turning abandoning visitors into customers. We’re looking for a Working Student (Werkstudent) to support our Go-To-Market efforts and work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), a former founder with deep experience in sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and execute outbound sales campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct market and lead research to identify new opportunities
  • Organize and improve CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Prepare prospect lists, materials, and internal briefings
  • Work on high-impact tasks that directly influence growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage
  • Interest in startups, GTM, or business operations

It’s a big plus if you have:

  • Made 100+ cold calls or run your own outreach campaigns
  • Worked with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Conducted structured research in a business context
