Be the voice that makes someone’s day better by providing exceptional customer experience through empathy, expertise, and creativity. The Customer Experience Associate will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance.
What You Will Do
The role involves being the first and best voice for customers, resolving tricky questions and escalations, helping customers navigate the website and products, and becoming a product expert. The associate will also help shape the team’s day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience directly supporting customers via phone, email, or chat
- Proficient using tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- A genuinely positive, can-do attitude
- Curiosity about health and wellness science
- A real love for people
