Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing sales operations across territory(s), leading a team of Sales officers/MDO’s and ensuring execution of strategies to achieve territory sales objectives, Sales targets, PDA/PSA & channel expansion, Customer complaint resolution.
What You Will Do
Manage MDOs, create route plans, assess new distributors, and stay updated on government schemes to communicate relevant information to farmers.
