Role Overview
As a Data Scientist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of banking through AI and machine learning. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple business domains, working on real-world problems that impact millions of customers.
What You Will Do
Design and deploy AI-driven solutions, build and scale predictive and generative models, explore and apply Agentic AI concepts, work with large-scale structured and unstructured data, and develop compelling data stories through advanced visualization and storytelling techniques.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in data science
- Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQL
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
