Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Omio is a travel platform that enables people to travel seamlessly anywhere, anyway. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth and commercial success of a defined market or region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience in performance and growth marketing, with a proven track record and hands-on expertise in scaling paid acquisition across major platforms (especially Google Ads)
• Experience managing or scaling Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing programs
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth KPIs, attribution models, and performance metrics
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly in high-pressure or ambiguous environments
