Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support client-level FP&A. The ideal candidate will prioritize impactful financial and business KPIs, drive results, and provide analytical insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of site level financials.
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual results and provide financial insights.
- Maintain detailed analyses of financials and provide support to business partners.
- Track key financial metrics and provide insights on performance trends.
- Assess and analyze each customers’ revenue and cost of goods sold information.
- Access and retrieve information and data from various systems and reporting tools.
- Develop strategic business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with various teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in creating presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Support other FP&A workstreams and related duties as needed.
