Partner Success Project Manager

OneDigital is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Project Manager to lead HRIS and payroll system projects for existing clients. The ideal candidate is self-managing, proactive, and accountable, with strong personal accountability and excellent communication skills. The role requires a methodical approach to project execution, prioritization, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Own and drive HRIS and payroll system projects from initiation through closeout
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and next steps
• Proactively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Lead project meetings, provide timely status updates, and maintain clear communication
• Define objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and deadlines
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately, and with a strong sense of urgency
• Provide exceptional client service
• Research and resolve client and system issues
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes
