Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Partnering with sales and CSMs to complete a comprehensive sales transition process
- Operating as a seasoned business partner to customers and their delivery teams
- Understanding customer contractual agreements and managing onboarding process
- Developing strong working relationships with customers and their delivery teams
- Establishing and executing cadence-based Business Review meetings
- Identifying and mitigating risks that threaten customer satisfaction, growth, or renewal
- Aligning with Customer Success Leadership on regional metrics
- Developing and growing knowledge of OneStream’s Platform and MarketPlace Solutions
- Promoting awareness of Regional OneStream Communities and customer educational events
- Supporting Sales in Customer Account Planning sessions
- Championing customer requests and collaborating with OneStream departments
