Requirements

  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Partnering with sales and CSMs to complete a comprehensive sales transition process
  • Operating as a seasoned business partner to customers and their delivery teams
  • Understanding customer contractual agreements and managing onboarding process
  • Developing strong working relationships with customers and their delivery teams
  • Establishing and executing cadence-based Business Review meetings
  • Identifying and mitigating risks that threaten customer satisfaction, growth, or renewal
  • Aligning with Customer Success Leadership on regional metrics
  • Developing and growing knowledge of OneStream’s Platform and MarketPlace Solutions
  • Promoting awareness of Regional OneStream Communities and customer educational events
  • Supporting Sales in Customer Account Planning sessions
  • Championing customer requests and collaborating with OneStream departments
