Performance Marketing Specialist

Join OES as a Performance Marketing Specialist and drive high-quality leads for our university partners. Support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel performance campaigns, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proven hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Meta, Microsoft Ads and GA4
• Strong analytical capability with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Experience with A/B testing, creative optimisation, and campaign planning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
