Role Overview
The Director of Product Operations will join the Revenue Operations organization and sit at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. This role will help translate Product needs, roadmap, and outcomes into effective GTM processes and GTM insights into actionable Product team insights & prioritization.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include data fidelity & insights, performance reporting, Pendo platform ownership, data strategy, closed loop feedback, strategy & alignment, stakeholder management, roadmap ROI, product ARR targets, prioritization signals, cross-functional collaboration, operational GTM readiness, process & solution building, tool & data enablement, systems alignment, and client commitments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Product Mgmt, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or individual contributor capacity. They will have a mature understanding of GTM + client-facing SaaS strategies and experience translating them into system and process requirements that deliver lasting business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations or Product Mgmt
- Mature understanding of GTM + client-facing SaaS strategies
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company in the growth stage
- Proven experience leveraging GTM technology & product analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience as a strategic business partner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
