Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement

As OpenAI scales monetization across self-serve, enterprise, partnerships, ads, and emerging business models, we need a strong operator to bridge Revenue business needs with technical execution. The Revenue Enablement Senior Manager will own the business-side systems roadmap for Revenue, translating finance and operational requirements into executable workstreams across Financial Engineering and Business Platform teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance Systems, Billing Operations, Revenue Accounting, or BizOps
• Experience owning business requirements for systems builds with engineering teams
• Strong program management skills across cross-functional initiatives
• Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows (CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, reporting)
• Strong analytical skills with SQL / data reconciliation mindset
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue controls
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
