Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Good knowledge of Linux and SQL
- Comfortable navigating Apache Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and OWASP coding practices
