Senior Manager, FP&A

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner across SG&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The position owns budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, variance analysis, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles in a multinational CPG or beauty company.
• Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred. Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong ad-hoc modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling capabilities.
