The Commercial Sales Manager is a field-based, customer-facing sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of engineered solutions to commercial customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales and commercial roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Strong technical acumen, with ability to understand product features and applications.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business development and account expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions.
