Patreon is a media and community platform where creators can engage with fans and build a lasting business. We’re looking for a Scaled Partner Manager to support our mission and help small and medium sized creators feel supported and grow their business on Patreon.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in creator success, partnerships, community management, or a related creator-economy role
- Demonstrated experience building or running scaled programs, lifecycle email campaigns, or creator programming
- Fluency with CRM and outreach tools and the ability to use data signals to prioritize work across a large creator cohort
- A track record of building repeatable processes and playbooks
