Role Overview
As an Inside Service Representative I at Super-Sod, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to both residential and professional landscaping customers. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a positive, helpful experience.
What You Will Do
You’ll greet customers, process orders, assist with product inquiries, and help maintain a clean and welcoming storefront. You’ll also work closely with Store Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Loaders to provide optimal customer service internally and externally.

Requirements
- High school degree and business discipline
- Customer Service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
