Role Overview
The Data Analyst 1 supports business decision-making through hands-on data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand key questions, translate them into analytical approaches, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst 1 will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to generate insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement, writing SQL queries to extract, join, transform, and analyze data, and using Python and notebook-based tools for data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and statistical analysis.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks AI/BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks
