Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
• Strong platform-native experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Experience running campaigns across: X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Multi-channel ecosystems
• Proven success generating: Qualified leads, Measurable pipeline, Revenue growth
• Deep understanding of: PPC, Audience segmentation, Funnel optimization, Attribution, Conversion tracking
