We are looking for a Growth Affiliate to own and grow our affiliate channel, develop partner ecosystems, and drive performance and optimization. Key responsibilities include channel ownership, partner ecosystem development, DRA channel buildout, performance and optimization, analytics and governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing with experience in stock broking/fintech
- Strong understanding of broking acquisition funnels (Signup KYC IR First Trade)
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels with measurable ROI
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, Impact, etc.) and direct partnerships
- Experience or exposure to DRA model and regulatory frameworks in financial services
- Strong analytical skills ability to drive decisions using CAC, LTV, cohort analysis
- Experience in managing large budgets and optimizing for efficiency at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams
