Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will work with the business to understand and manage programs for clients/brands, accelerating core growth metrics focusing on sales & distribution. The role involves providing guidance and instruction to a working group, monitoring team members’ efforts, and utilizing resources effectively.
What You Will Do
Develop plans and strategies for business growth, create a culture of success, hire and build a new team, define sales processes, and manage customer expectations. Educate merchants about the benefits of the Swipe machine, convert them, and manage their accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, or EDC sales. They should have exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, or EDC sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of the local language
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
