Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

As a remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst, you’ll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related reporting and business intelligence experience
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform
• Ability to take raw data, perform necessary cleaning and transformations, and summarize as necessary to draw actionable conclusions
• SQL experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
