Customer Operations Representative (French Speaking)

PerkinElmer is seeking a French-speaking Customer Operations Representative to provide day-to-day operational support within the OneSource Enterprise Support Center, managing customer requests and service delivery across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Procurement
• Strong experience in SAP / ServiceMax is highly advantageous
