Role Overview

The Manager, Incentive Compensation will lead incentive compensation strategy and design for Pfizer’s Tier 3 International Markets, partnering with business leaders to develop bonus plans, quota-setting methodologies, and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry
  • Demonstrated experience designing, optimizing, or supporting incentive compensation programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional projects
