Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategy and targets by managing and integrating territories within an assigned region. They will develop and monitor business plans, evaluate market potential, and ensure professional customer relationships.
What You Will Do
The Regional Sales Manager will evaluate dealer and end-user markets, develop business plans, and ensure consistent pricing implementation. They will also conduct business reviews with customers, monitor sales operations, and help manage accounts receivable.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related industry as an RSM or 5 years of sales experience. A graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with a background in Business Management is required.
