Business Development Associate – Latin America

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English
  • Desirable: Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Preference for candidates native/naturalized of Brazil
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency in responding to both internal and external requests
  • Solutions-driven with the ability to build and drive business, particularly with a focus on Fixed Income products and a multi-asset approach
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of software applications, including index-provider databases, query tools, and Bloomberg
  • Well-organized, high-energy self-starter capable of working within the firm’s demanding and highly focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial skills are crucial for success
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to clearly articulate analysis both in writing and verbally
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income securities and portfolio management techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel, both as part of a team and individually
  • Proven ability to manage a prospect base and explore opportunities for new asset growth
