FP&A Compensation & Workforce Planning Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, HR Finance, or Compensation Analytics experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas; modelling)
• Handson experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning strongly preferred
• Exposure to (HCM or workforce data structures)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Python, Power BI or other automation/analytics tools beneficial
