Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to help optimize sales processes, support data-driven decision-making, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
What You Will Do
Support analysis and documentation of current sales processes, identify inefficiencies, maintain and optimize CRM data quality, support lead management processes, and prepare reports and dashboards to track sales performance.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Support or any other administrative role
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills in English language. French language would be a huge advantage
