Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing, you will lead a key area of Pinterest’s ads delivery and automation product marketing strategy, shaping how Pinterest brings automation solutions to market and enabling advertisers to better understand performance and value Pinterest media accurately.

What You Will Do

You will lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest’s automation portfolio, manage and develop a team of PMMs, use advertiser needs and market trends to shape recommendations, and drive positioning and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, product marketing, measurement, delivery, or a closely related field
• Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and the broader automation and performance ecosystem
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex products or solutions with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience using customer insight, market analysis, and performance data to shape strategy and influence product direction
• Strong people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and other partner teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
• High judgment, strong prioritization skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience using AI and analytical tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution, with strong judgment around accuracy, quality, and ownership of final outputs
• A passion for Pinterest
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
