The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the lead database, and promoting the community’s public image.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and lead management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
