Director of Sales Operations ( ad-tech experience required & in DMV area)

We’re seeking a Director of Sales Operations with 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management to join our team at Pixalate. As the strategic engine behind our North America and EMEA sales team, you will refine sales methodologies, create playbooks, and map the customer journey for better efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
