Growth Marketer

As a Growth Marketer at Pogo, you’ll run paid acquisition across two different motions: consumer mobile app and B2B product line, and make strategic decisions on channel and budget allocation, requiring a strong background in paid acquisition and mobile app marketing.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of paid acquisition experience at a tech company
  • Experience running paid in both consumer mobile and B2B contexts
  • Ability to run multiple paid channels at once
  • Comfort with technical side of mobile app marketing (MMPs, attribution, SKAdNetwork)
  • Analytical rigor to defend spend decisions with data (CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution)
  • Experience working at a fast-growing organization with real ownership
  • Active use of AI tools in workflows
