Role Overview
As an AI and Marketing Analytics Strategist at Poka, you will be responsible for transforming data into decisions, identifying process flaws, and combining automation, AI, and process with human intervention to improve conversion rates and fill gaps in our way of working.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards in HubSpot and Supermetrics, designing and deploying a marketing attribution framework, analyzing paid media performance, and using AI tools to automate analytical work.

Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in marketing analytics, operations marketing, or a growth-focused analytical role, ideally in SaaS B2B or enterprise technology
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub beyond just reporting
- Experience with Supermetrics or another multi-channel data connector
- Experience in analyzing paid media performance on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Real-world experience with marketing AI tools, not just theoretical knowledge
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for data work; experience in Google Apps Script, Looker, and SQL is a real plus
