Senior Associate Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Associate Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to drive customer demand, engagement, conversion, and retention across the parts, gear, and accessories portfolio. This role serves as the business owner for campaign marketing, email marketing, paid media, and customer cultivation programs.

What You Will Do

Lead integrated marketing and promotional strategies, campaigns, and customer offers; facilitate the annual parts, gear, and accessories marketing campaign and promotional calendar; coordinate integrated go-to-market plans across marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master of Business Administration preferred
• At least five years of marketing or related experience; digital marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver assignments on time and within budget
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• Ability to work autonomously at locations such as video shoots, shows, and events
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a standard hybrid working environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%
