Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern hair care and experience in CRM management.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value and build sustainable brand relationships, work closely with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel journeys, A/B tests, and data-driven decisions.
