Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years experience in growth, marketing or business development roles, with a focus on lead generation
- Deep understanding of positioning, messaging and demand generation
- Ability to test, monitor and iterate fast across growth initiatives
- Combination of a creative nature with data-driven execution
- Passion for transforming growth with cutting-edge AI
- German and English at a professional level
