Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join the team, supporting project teams in financial activities and general ledger functions. The role involves working as a hybrid between a project budget analyst and an accountant, supporting the operational project teams and the month-end close cycle activities.
What You Will Do
The Senior Finance Analyst will support project teams in all financial areas, assist in preparing monthly invoicing worksheets, perform variance analysis, review work orders and change order budgets, and participate in monthly project review meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the life cycle of a project, experience with financial project management support, Earned Value Analysis, and contract review, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field
- A minimum of 5 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience
- Ability to undertake occasional domestic and international travel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for North America or equivalent local qualification (preferred)
- MBA (preferred)
- CRO industry experience (preferred)
