We’re hiring a Senior People Operations Partner to provide advanced operational HR leadership as we expand our global HR operating model across Latin America. This is an exciting, high-impact opportunity based in Mexico, supporting rapid growth across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
What You Will Do
The Senior People Operations Partner provides advanced operational HR leadership across multiple countries or complex jurisdictions within the global HR operating model. The role supports high-complexity employee relations matters, organizational change, country expansion activity, and employee representative or works council processes where applicable.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience required
- Professional working proficiency in English
