Senior MarTech Manager

Role Overview

The Senior MarTech Manager will set the technology and operational strategy behind our marketing programs, defining how marketing strategy, data, systems, and execution connect. This person will ensure our tools work together, data is trustworthy, and teams can scale their use of technology to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

What You Will Do

Set strategy and own architecture decisions for the MarTech stack, including build-vs-buy calls and vendor relationships. Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for marketing technology, automation, analytics, and personalization.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience setting technical direction and influencing decisions at the Director/VP level
• Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Braze/Iterable, Segment, GA4, GTM, Snowflake/BigQuery, Zapier, Workato, OneTrust, and related platforms
• Strong SQL, API, and data integration fluency, with the judgment to know when to build vs. delegate
• Track record managing cross-functional projects, external vendors, and budget/spend decisions
• Executive-level communication skills, able to translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical leadership
