Technical Account Manager B2B M2M-Mobilfunk (m/w/d)

As a Technical Account Manager B2B M2M-Mobilfunk at prettyTELCO, you will advise and manage business customers on technical challenges in crisis-safe M2M communication, Smart Grid, and Smart Metering. You will work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments to bring customer requirements into the further development of products and services.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of IT and mobile communications technologies for machine-to-machine communication (M2M)
• Experience in Smart Grid and Smart Metering
• Experience in advising complex ITK solutions in the B2B environment
• Good knowledge of modern mobile communications technologies and secure IT communication paths
• Experience in IP management and secure connections
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project management
• Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in speech and writing
• Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology, or comparable qualification, and several years of relevant professional experience
