Requirements
- Advising and caring for business customers in technical challenges
- Managing customer projects from pre-sales consulting to technical onboarding and piloting
- Supporting sales team in pre-sales with technical consulting
- Processing technical questions from customers and taking over structured error analysis and problem-solving
