Role Overview

Join Primark’s Technology Supplier Management team and play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships with technology providers. You’ll drive supplier performance, innovation, and value creation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute supplier strategies, build and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, lead supplier governance activities, and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience within a complex technology environment
• Proven experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourced service providers
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, governance, and performance management
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset
• Degree qualification or equivalent experience
