The Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving adoption of PrismHR solutions and products among PrismHR HROs and their SMBs. This role involves developing relationships with service provider clients, aligning with partners on their goals and strategies, and working closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive client adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of selling HR Solutions
- Specific experience with channel-based selling strongly preferred
- Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
- Proven ability to create, execute, and manage sales and marketing programs to generate revenue
- Strong balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to assist in developing strategies and processes
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
