Requirements
- 2-7 years’ of experience in a customer-facing role
- Application Knowledge: Proficient in the use of Procare Solutions
- Problem-Solving: Capable of diagnosing customer issues and making well-informed decisions
- Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
