Customer Success Manager

Procare Solutions seeks a Customer Success Manager to proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, driving product adoption, increasing software and payment processing usage, and improving key financial metrics. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, creating tailored Customer Success Plans, and monitoring account health and usage data.

Requirements

  • 2-7 years’ of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Application Knowledge: Proficient in the use of Procare Solutions
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of diagnosing customer issues and making well-informed decisions
  • Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
