E-Commerce & Data Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Data Marketing Manager will analyze e-commerce trends, build data-driven programs, and work with agencies and partners to grow P&G brands through scalable, trackable, and ROI-effective marketing.

What You Will Do

Own performance marketing planning and strategy adaptation for P&G brands at top e-retailers, develop innovative approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness, and analyze market trends to propose relevant communication.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing/data acquisition, a solid understanding of the Kazakhstan consumer and marketing landscape, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Any higher education degree
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing/data acquisition
• A solid understanding of the Kazakhstan consumer and marketing landscape
• A proven track record of creating and/or leading digital or data projects
• Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of performance marketing tools and key performance indicators
• Leadership skills, a self-starting approach, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Strong discipline in plan execution
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
