As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of retail activation plans that connect sales, marketing, and retail partners to drive category and brand growth.
Requirements
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Resident
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with ideally 2-5 years’ work experience
- Proven experience in Shopper Marketing and Brand Management, demonstrating an understanding of the path to purchase.
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable shopper insights.
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth through effective marketing and shopper activation strategies.
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities, collaborating effectively with sales teams and retail partners.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ecom or media related experience will be a plus.
